Feelings
Feelings are the reactions you have to things that happen around you. There are many different feelings such as happy, proud, nervous, scared, frustrated, sad, angry, annoyed, excited, embarrassed, worried, silly, brave, sorry, hopeful, confused, ashamed, and pleased. Feelings are normal. Each feeling can be strong, mild, or somewhere in between. The better you understand your feelings and learn to deal with your feelings, the more you will enjoy being you. Crying is a reaction to a strong emotion like not getting something you want or getting something you don't want. It is ok to cry. You can talk about your feelings or take actions to help a situation.
